REST OF TORONTO: Shipping is FREE OVER $80 and a $14 flat fee for $79.99 or less. If you have not reached $80, type HOLD in the discount code box to take off the shipping charge. We can hold your order for 90 days, so you can order multiple times until you reach $80 threshold.
