Refund policy
No Refunds on Secondhand Items
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on secondhand items. Please pass these on to other members of the community if they do not work for you, in the spirit of keeping things circulating within the economy.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to drop off items to Canopy Kids HQ or mail them in with a tracking number. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at canopykidsworld@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund Policy for Services
Our staff work extremely hard for all of our services. Human error is part of receiving any people-focused services, so we ask that first and foremost you be kind to our providers.
We may be able to refund or redo a service under exceptional circumstances. Please get in touch with us at canopykidsworld@gmail.com if this is the case.
